Merchandiser
Merchandising department will start working once the designers finished with the collection for each season. Merchandising is very important department because they are responsible to execute the orders smoothly. They are responsible to make plans, develops, executes and presents the product to the buyer. This department is connecting marketing and production department. They also need to do the pricing and costing.

Quality Assurance
They are following up they quality requirement start from sampling stage until bulk production. They need to prevent any mistakes and defects of manufactured products. QA focused on providing confidence that quality requirements will be fulfilled.
